He has done lots of work for me during the last five years. He was responsible for remodeling part of my cellar to make it usable. This included installing a half-bath and laundry facilities. In the last few months, when I remodeled the kitchen of a rental apartment, he installed the hookups for a washer and dryer and a new sink. Dave has always been wonderful to deal with. In our maybe 1500 square foot home, we had a new faucet put in by Dave the other week. He also solved a problem we were having in the house with leaks in the pipes. He found them and fixed them.

We actually drove from Concord, New Hampshire to meet with this guy so we were really glad he was there on time. That would have been a long trip to have a no show. Now I think he was professional. He seems reasonable in price. I cant say we have a lot to compare his prices to but it seemed fair to us. He was here for about four hours working and we found him on Angie's List. We have more work for him in the near future too, so we intend to use him again.
